Corporate Executive Chef Paul Katz’s vision takes form in Sweetwater’s kitchen. Executive Chef Cameron Smith rounds out the menu, offering lunch, dinner, late night, and a “Best Brunch Chicago” finalist brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The menu items are approachable and refined, yet unique American fare that everyone can enjoy. Dietary preference is taken into account with many vegetarian and gluten free options available.
