Smoked BBQ Ribs - half rack baby back ribs, housemade BBQ sauce, mascarpone creamed corn, coleslaw, Idaho thick cut fries

Short Rib - braised boneless short rib, shrimp grits, bacon tomato jam, crispy pickled fennel, au jus gravy

Rigatoni - Italian sausage, roma tomatoes, basil, peas, goat cheese, tomato cream

Peanut Butter Snickers Pie - Oreo cookie crust, peanut butter mousse, whipped cream, Snickers pieces, chocolate and caramel sauce
